The Roast

This coffee is sourced from Colombia’s epicenter of coffee cultivation, the renowned Eje Cafetero (Coffee Axis). Colombia exclusively produces Arabica coffee beans, which are known for being sweeter and lighter in taste. This roast is our medium roast and our most popular. It has a mellow, smooth, and earthy taste.
